UK Deliveries

Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £15 to mainland UK retail customers only.

Whilst we will do our best to comply with specific delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee the delivery agent will follow specific instructions. A signature may be required.

We will do everything in our power to ensure all goods reach their destination, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, e.g. poor weather, road closures, etc.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery will arrive within 5 working* days (we usually aim for next day). For orders under £10 standard delivery will cost £3.95. Where possible all orders will be delivered using Royal Mail’s 1st class service.

EU deliveries are a standard£10.

(*working days are Mon-Fri and do not include Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.)

Deliveries to UK offshore destinations (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scottish highlands and Scilly Islands) and the EU may take longer.
