Why we love it

First discovered by the ancient Mayan and Aztec civilizations thousands of years ago, cocoa shell has incredible mood-boosting properties and is high in antioxidants. We could all do with a bit of that!

How to brew
One pyramid per cup, 4-6 mins, Best at 100°C
